Refund Policy

At Arcade Acres, we take pride in providing high-quality garlic products, from fresh bulbs to dried goods. We want every customer to be satisfied with their order. Please review our refund policy below:

Fresh Garlic (Seed & Culinary)

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh garlic, all sales are final once shipped.

  • If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will issue a replacement or store credit.

Dried Garlic (Slices, Powder, Rubs & Spices)

  • For dried garlic products, refunds or replacements are available if the product is unopened and returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will replace the item at no cost.

General Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.
